Building, forming and shaping something from a piece of wood into a recognizable object is a complete cycle of expression. Care for Resin Coasters
How To Care For Resin Coasters
- Keep the coasters out of direct sunlight to prevent UV damage to the resin surface.
- Avoid dropping resin coasters to prevent cracking or chipping.
- The maximum temperature that cured ArtResin can tolerate is 120°F or 50°C. At temperatures as high as that, the coasters may become slightly flexible, but they will harden up again once cooled.
- The heat from a hot mug typically won't damage the coaster's surface. You may see a ring initially, but it will disappear as the resin cools down.
- However, be cautious with hot dishes out of the oven or leaving coasters in a hot car, as they can cause irreparable damage.
- Keep the coasters away from heaters, radiators, open flames, or other heat sources.
How To Clean Resin Coasters
- Wash the coasters by hand with warm soapy water and dry with a soft cloth.
- Avoid using an abrasive scouring pad, as it may damage the resin surface.. General business trends (think national and even international) are great article fodder, too.
